Challenges
The product range spans a $195 day tour and a multi night luxury escape, aimed at very different buyers. The website had to let a casual day tripper and a couple planning a getaway each find their option quickly, and hold up for visitors booking on a phone while travelling.

Results
Public tours, private tours and accommodation packages are separated from the outset, so each visitor lands in the right range straight away. Pricing, inclusions and FAQs sit with each package, and current promotions are given their own place rather than cluttering the tour listings.
